Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has released Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2. It is the vision document of the state government’s plan for the next 5 years in the state. 7 Decision Part Two document shows the government the development plan in seven areas in the state including development, health, infrastructure, employment and women empowerment.

Saat Nishchai was an ambitious program started soon after being elected by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in 2015. If CM Nitish Kumar retains his post as head of government, he intends to continue it over the next five years. Youth employment and skill development
The next Bihar state government will focus on providing employment opportunities to the youth. This will enable the employed people to get good jobs with which they can maintain their livelihood. In addition, skill development is another aspect on which the government. Special emphasis will be given to enhance their skills and prepare them for the job.
Education for students
Another major scheme of the state government. The “Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme” will be extended in the next 5 years. The scheme will be continued to enable students to pursue higher education. Additionally, the vision document talks about developing ITIs and polytechnics at the state’s Center of Excellence to provide better training to youth in the future.
Women’s empowerment is a major issue, which will be addressed by the state government of Bihar as Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2. In the next 5 years, the state government will get 50% of the cost of the project or a maximum of Rs. 5 lakhs, interest free loan to women which starts in their venture.
Agriculture and irrigation
In the next 5 years, the intention of the Bihar government is to provide irrigation facility to every agricultural land in the state. Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy and Bihar plays an important role in agriculture. The main idea would be to provide financial assistance and irrigation facilities to the overall income of the farmer. This would result in higher agricultural production and thus increase the state’s gross domestic product as well as the country.
The state government of Bihar wants to make every village in the state clean and prosperous. The Bihar government will focus on a plan to provide clean drinking water to every household in the state. Another thing that is mentioned in the vision document is the cleanliness and development of cities.
According to the vision document, the Bihar government aims to build a shelter home for older people, a multi-storeyed flat for poor people and an electric crematorium in all major cities of the state. The document for the upcoming Bihar assembly election emphasizes the construction of bypasses and flyovers in major cities of the state. Apart from this, efforts will also be made to increase the connectivity of rural roads in the state.

The Bihar government will focus on providing better healthcare facilities to the people at both urban and rural levels over the next 5 years. Health has been a major concern recently as the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has led to a decrease in spending on the economy and many people have died. Through Saat Nischay Yojana Part 2, the government wants to improve the health of citizens and thus fewer lives will be lost.
