Any person whose name appears in the Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 data is eligible for Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY). To check the name in the final PMJAY beneficiaries list, candidates can access their details using their SECC name. In the name, as mentioned above, find the page, select the state and then the category “search by nameTo find your name in the list of beneficiaries as shown below:-

Search PMJAY Beneficiaries List by Mobile Number / Ration Card Number
An Additional Data Collection Drive (ADCD) was conducted in various Gram Sabhas across India. This campaign captures the active mobile number and ration card number of the family of the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) database. If the person has taken his mobile number or ration card number during this campaign, then only it will show the result on the portal.
If a person has taken his details during the ADCD drive and no result is shown, then the SECC name should be used for the search.
Search Beneficiaries List by RSBY URN in PM Jan Arogya Yojana
All active families who are enrolled under RSBY and are not included in the target groups as per SECC 2011 data will also be covered and can identify whether they are eligible for PMJAY using RSBY URN:-
If the search is successful, the person will get an option to receive text messages with HHID/RSBY URN for future purpose on his/her phone by clicking on “Receive SMS” button and entering mobile number. This mobile number can be different from the mobile number used in the first step for OTP generation.
