CM Helping Hand Loan Scheme (CMHLS) or Sahyahstam Yojana 2021 has been launched by the Government of Kerala for Kudumbashree women. Under this Mukhyamantri loan scheme, interest-free loans are provided to the women groups of the neighborhood. Around 22.77 lakh women in the state have already benefitted from this scheme with an allocation of Rs. 2000 crores. The scheme was launched with the aim of helping women SHGs who lost their livelihood due to the outbreak of Kovid-19 epidemic.
