Odisha government has launched Mukhyamantri Karigar Sahayata Yojana 2021 for artisans. Under the Chief Minister Artisan Sahayata Yojana, Govt. Will provide Rs. 800 as monthly allowance to craftsmen with minimum 10 years experience. To avail the benefits of Shilpkar Kalyan Yojana, the annual income of the beneficiaries should be less than Rs. 1 Lac.
Under the Chief Minister Artisan Sahayata Yojana 2021, Govt. Will also give Rs. 1000 monthly allowance for all craftsmen above 80 years of age. Directorate of Handicrafts is going to act as the nodal department of the scheme. state government. For the selection of beneficiaries, a selection committee will be constituted at the district level under the collectors of the respective districts.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has launched a new scheme named Mukhyamantri Karigar Sahayata Yojana in Odisha to benefit the craftsmen. All the craftsmen with more than 10 years of experience and annual income of less than 1 lakh will get Rs. 800 hrs as allowance. Apart from this, craftsmen above 80 years of age will get Rs. 1000 as monthly allowance under Mukhyamantri Karigar Sahayata Yojana.
All the craftsmen who have worked for at least 10 years are eligible for Mukhyamantri Karigar Sahayata Yojana. Directorate of Handicrafts will be the nodal department for the successful implementation of Odisha Mukhyamantri Karigar Sahayata Yojana 2021.
