Swachh Bharat Odisha Web App – ULBs.gov.in for submission of online certificate on urbanization

Swachh Sahara Odisha Web App has been launched by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on 31 August 2020. The Odisha web application has been launched in Urban Sahara as a part of the 5T mandate to provide citizen support services. In this article, we will tell you about the features of the app and how it will benefit from the urban local bodies.

With the help of this Swachh Sahara Odisha web app, ULBs will be able to submit utilization certificates through online mode. This will bring in better fiscal management for urban local bodies. Officers of the Housing and Urban Development Department, Duda, Executive Officers (ULB) and MIS (ULB) can login SWF.

Along with this Swachh Sahara Odisha web app, a new AMA SAHAR mobile app has also been launched. This mobile app allows citizens to post requests to pick up garbage and raise complaints if they are not happy with solid waste management services.

E-Swachh Sahara is being implemented by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Government of Odisha. Now the state government of Odisha has started a new scheme / program called Swachh Sahara Odisha. Here is the process of how to login for Swachh Sahara Odisha on the official website.

Login SWM at Urbanodisha.gov.in to submit Utilization Certificate online.

Duda, Executive Officer (ULB) and MIS (ULB) of Housing and Urban Development Department can login to SWF. This will facilitate the ULB to submit the Utilization Certificate online. Below is the complete procedure to login SWM on the official website: –

  • Here users such as officers of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, DUDA, Executive Officer (ULB) and MIS (ULB) can login SWM on the page given below: –

  • Accordingly, officers can select the user type, enter the username, password and then click “.log inButton.

After making the SWM login successful, the Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) officials will be able to present the online usage certificate.

Swachh Sahara Odisha Web App Launched by CM Naveen Patnaik

On 31 August 2020, CM Naveen Patnaik dedicated 100 Functional Micro Composite Centers and 50 Functional Material Recovery Facilities to various urban local bodies of Odisha. CM also laid the foundation stone for setting up of 51 sewage sludge treatment plants to ensure comprehensive coverage of this facility in all cities and towns. This has been done to mark the state level local self-government day. In addition, CM entrusted the operation and maintenance of four septage treatment plants to the mission strength groups of Rourkela, Angul, Balasore and Dhenkanal municipalities.

As a part of the 5T mandate, the Chief Minister has launched mobile apps “AMA SAHAR” and “SWACHHA SAHAR ODISHA” web apps to provide citizen-centric services. With the launch of the Swachh Sahara Odisha web app, ULBs will be able to present online usage certificates, which will bring in better fiscal management. A handbook on cleanliness which is a collection of important notifications, letters and guidelines issued by the Urban Department was also released by him.

The Chief Minister, in his speech through video conference, asked all the urban local bodies to work dedicatedly to fulfill the growing aspirations of people living in urban areas during the pandemic days. CM appreciated the efforts made by ULB in managing solid and liquid waste and making cities clean. CM Naveen Patnaik has also praised the actions of the cleanliness warriors for their continuous and dedicated efforts during the epidemic.
